No, nothing at all. We have everything we need to achieve your Dream Clean. 

As much notice as possible is greatly appreciated, at least 48 is the most ideal scenario. 

It is most likely that you will have the same cleaners each visit. We have a small team of five and you should understand that another team member may complete your clean from time to time. You will always be made aware when we have a new addition to the team. 

We are a structured and routine based business. Your clean would be scheduled for around the same time each visit within a few hours. Although we may have hiccups in our schedule, you should be notified of any major changes. 

24 hours before your clean, you will receive a confirmation SMS with the clean time. On the day you will also receive an SMS to notify you when one of our wonderful cleaners are on their way, this also comes with an approximate arrival time & tracker.
